Shipping and Returns
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped using international courier services. We aim to deliver within 3-4 business days, however, this may vary depending on where you live. Note that delivery times may be affected by external factors that are out of our control. We recommend referring to the policies of the courier listed in your shipping confirmation email for more information.
How can I exchange my purchase?
Exchanges are usually processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. If you want to make an exchange or have any questions about doing so, please email us at
Can I return my order?
We stand behind the quality of our formulas and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you experience a change of mind, we have a 14-day return policy where unopened products can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days of the purchase date. Opened products, or products received after the return period will not be eligible for return. Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. A full refund of the purchase price will then be issued to the original credit card on file within 45 days of the shipping date. Please email us at to process a return or discuss a refund.
How can I cancel my order?
To process a cancellation, please email detoxmepure@gmail.com and a member of our team will be in touch. Once the order is cancelled in our system, the refund will proceed with our finance team.

Yes. Our products are certified cruelty-free.
Can I use your products while pregnant or nursing?
Although our products are made to be as safe as possible, we always recommend speaking to your doctor prior to use.
